Job Description

Urgent Opening in Yes Bank as

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales targets via direct efforts or through assigned resources (DDSA/off-roll).
Promote assigned products and expand business through new and existing relationships.
Ensure timely servicing of leads from multiple channels (branch, LMS, call center, website).
Resolve discrepancies during underwriting and disbursement stages.
Close exceptions promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build and manage direct/indirect sourcing and alternate channels.
Expand existing channels and identify new business opportunities.
Provide market insights to the product team.
Achieve CASA & PSL targets.
Support collections team in resolving delinquent cases.
Ensure audit compliance and closure of internal/external gaps.
Adhere to Yes Personality guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Age
: 26 to 33 years
Education
: MBA / Postgraduate / Graduate with 36 years of relevant field experience
Team Handling experience min 5 to 6years

Skills & Experience
:

Channel and FOS management experience; geographical exposure is a plus.
Strong industry and market knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Good networking and interpersonal abilities.
Proven leadership capabilities.
