Role & responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

  • Deploy sales targets to channel partners, help and guide the team to realize the sales targets by deploying the same to channel partners.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales follow-up with channel partners and key retailers to keep track of sales and ensure corrective measures are taken in time.
  • Strong control on receivables and outstanding payments.
  • Identification and appointment of new Channel Partners as per channel expansion policy.
  • Ability to manage good relations with channel partners and keep them motivated to participate and deliver high growth objectives in business.
  • Align the channel partners actions in line with the strategy of Aftermarket and operate within business policy of Aftermarket.
  • Keep assessing the channel health and take corrective actions in consultation with reporting manager.
  • Implementation of marketing initiatives in the assigned area.
