Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
within the assigned area or territory.- Generate Leads and convert to potential business.- Manage and oversee the sales team within the area, including hiring,training, and performance management.- Identify market opportunities and customer needs, and develop effectivesales plans and tactics to capitalize on them.- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, anddistributors to drive sales and increase market share.- Monitor sales performance and market trends within the area, and provideregular reports and insights to senior management.- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to launch newproducts and promotional campaigns in the area.- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and finance, to addresscustomer needs and resolve issues effectively.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customermeetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- [8] years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavymachinery, Crusher or construction equipment industry.
