The Helper/Feeder is responsible for ensuring a continuous and accurate supply of substrates - such as paper, board, or film to UV and 1 over 1 perfecting printing machines. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production flow, supporting machine operators, and upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Material Feeding: Accurately feed substrates into printing machines, ensuring proper alignment and preventing jams or misfeeds. Maintain steady material supply to minimize downtime. Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects prior to feeding and report any quality issues or material inconsistencies to the machine operator promptly. Machine Support: Assist Machine Operators and Assistant Operators with material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and machine setup preparations. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle materials carefully to avoid contamination or damage. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior experience in material handling or production environments is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided. Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting. Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Job Description : Experience must be from industries like- aggregate or contract crushing, construction & mining, and selling of capital equipment Responsible for the sales functions of Crushing & Screening Equipments, Reviews tender invitations, plans and other customer documents. Market Mapping and Business development activities - Generate leads from prospective customers such as aggregate producers, mines contractors and engineering houses at quarries, mine sites, principal offices and other establishment. Understands the customer requirements and pitch solutions with Company's range of products to improve competitive position in area. Advises customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability and intended usage. Responsible for achievement of agreed targets in the Corporate & Retail. Develop sales plans and objectives for the customer base in the respective territory. Enhance the overall relationship with key customers leading to constructive and profitable business partnership. Growing top-line revenue and sustainability through direct personal customer service management and value selling. Co-ordinate with Project, Spare and Service personal ensuring the best and smooth customer service. Ensure a highly cohesive team-working environment by coordinating with peers & dealer and other stakeholders to ensure all issues are settled in a timely manner Provides the company with regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development, and overall satisfaction of the customer base. Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Values and current Company Policies and Procedures. The Feeder is responsible for feeding materials into UV or 1 over 1 perfecting printing machines, ensuring a consistent flow of materials and assisting in the printing process. This role is essential for meeting quality standards and production goals, supporting machine operators in the efficient operation of the printing machines. Key Responsibilities: Material Feeding: Feed substrates (e.g., paper, board, film) into the printing machine accurately, ensuring proper alignment. Monitor the supply of materials to ensure continuous production flow and replenish materials as needed. Quality Monitoring: Inspect the materials being fed into the machine to ensure they are free from defects and meet the required quality standards. Report any material or machine-related issues to the machine operator promptly. Machine Assistance: Assist the operator and assistant operator with material handling, machine setup, and preparation for printing jobs. Help with unloading printed materials and preparing the machine for the next print run. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines when handling materials to avoid contamination or damage. Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience in material handling or a production environment is preferred but not required. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Area to be covered: Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh Required Candidate profile Mechanical/ Mining Engineer 3+ years' experience in industrial equipment sales in mining/construction industry in Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh, preferably in sales of stone crushing equipment
