Job Description

Develop and manage B2C sales channels in the assigned area, including hardware stores, retail counters, and exclusive outlets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution. Identify and onboard new retail partners, influencers (contractors, electricians, technicians), and drive retail penetration. Implement consumer-focused promotions and schemes at the point of sale. Monitor product display, visibility, and brand presence in retail stores. Gather feedback from end-users to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Conduct market surveys to stay updated on competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and promotional execution. Regularly visit retail outlets for audits, relationship management, and market intelligence. Train retail staff and shopkeepers on product features and selling points.
