About Muraad Spices: Muraad Spices is a premium Indian spice brand committed to delivering authentic, handpicked, and traditionally crafted flavours to kitchens everywhere. We are expanding our distribution network and seeking passionate sales professionals to join our journey. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned area. Build strong relationships with trade partners to ensure long-term business growth. Conduct market visits to track competitor activities, product placement, and customer feedback. Plan and implement promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across channels. Prepare regular sales reports and share actionable insights with management. --------- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG / Spices / Food & Beverages sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
