About Us:
VSR Agro Product Ltd is a leading FMCG company specializing in pickles food products, with a strong presence across India. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in FMCG sales (Pickles / Spices / Food Products preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
