Position Details Designation : Territory Manager ( TM ) Experience : 2+ years in medical device sales Vacancies : 3 Location : Chennai, Cochin, Tirupati, Product Line : ENT, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gynecology Medical Devices & Surgical Instruments Division : Sales & Marketing Role & responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting and selling TAMSs high-tech medical devices and surgical instruments within the assigned territory of coverage. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, OT staff, biomedical engineers, and purchasing professionals across hospitals and surgical centers . Identify clinical and technical needs of customers and recommend appropriate medical device solutions that align with surgical procedures and institutional requirements . Provide in-operation theatre support during live surgeries by conducting product demonstrations, offering technical guidance, clinical pitches and gathering user feedback for continuous improvement of the deal. Collaborate with the Area Manager, Managing Director, or any Leadership Team member on pricing strategy , proposal development , and closing of opportunities to ensure successful deal execution. Represent the company at industry events, including medical conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, workshops, and training programs to enhance brand awareness and professional presence. Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of field activities, including customer interactions, sales performance, and visit reports . Submit the Leads & Opportunity Tracker (LOT Sheet) or any company-instructed sheet on or before the 1st of each month to support sales forecasting and strategic planning. Deliver prompt and effective post-sales support in coordination with service and application teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships . Preferred candidate profile Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in the field for hospital visits, case support, training, and payment follow-ups. Minimum 14 to 16 days of outstation travel within your region of coverage is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with surgeons and hospital decision-makers. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Excellent time and relationship management skills. Solid negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Must hold a valid drivers license and own a vehicle . Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools. Eligibility Criteria Age : 21 to 27 years ( Mandatory ) Education : Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is required. Postgraduate qualifications are highly preferred Experience : Minimum 2 years in medical device/surgical instrument sales in Neuro, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, or any related surgical department.
