Role Overview:

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage

    salon, spa, and wellness center partners

  • Drive revenue through

    channel sales

    in the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    sales targets

    and growth KPIs
  • Work with

    distributors and stockists

    to manage product availability and visibility
  • Conduct

    product training, demos, and workshops

    for salon/spa professionals
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy
  • Ensure smooth

    after-sales service

    and relationship management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for

    regional activations and promotions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years

    of proven experience in

    B2B sales

    , preferably in the

    beauty/wellness/skincare

    industry
  • Prior experience in dealing with

    salons, spas, or professional beauty channels

    is

    mandatory

  • Strong existing network in the

    Mumbai or Rajasthan

    region is a plus
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

    skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
