With a robust Pan-India presence , we cater to: Over 10,000+ HNI clients across top 30 cities Presence in 75%+ of top urban agglomerations via retail outlets Strong distribution in the professional channel , including premium spas and salons Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive B2B sales and build strategic partnerships with spas, salons, and beauty professionals in Mumbai and Rajasthan. The ASM will be responsible for expanding market reach, building lasting relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through professional channel sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage salon, spa, and wellness center partners Drive revenue through channel sales in the assigned territory Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs Work with distributors and stockists to manage product availability and visibility Conduct product training, demos, and workshops for salon/spa professionals Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy Ensure smooth after-sales service and relationship management Collaborate with the marketing team for regional activations and promotions Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in the beauty/wellness/skincare industry Prior experience in dealing with salons, spas, or professional beauty channels is mandatory Strong existing network in the Mumbai or Rajasthan region is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary package (8 12 LPA) based on experience and performance Fast-growing company backed by strong investors Opportunity to work with ethical and clean beauty products Autonomy, growth, and cross-functional collaboration NOTE: HEADSTART DOES NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FROM CANDIDATES FOR OUR JOB PLACEMENTS
