Area Sales Manager SPL (DST) | Thane

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    Salaried Personal Loan (SPL)

    business through the

    Direct Sales Team (DST)

    .
  • Recruit, train & lead sales executives to achieve assigned targets.
  • Drive login-to-disbursement process ensuring TAT & policy adherence.
  • Generate quality leads, monitor productivity & portfolio performance.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams for smooth functioning.
  • Conduct field visits & ensure team discipline and motivation.
  • Maintain regular reporting to higher management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Finance/Marketing.
  • 4 - 5 years experience

    in

    Personal Loan/Secured-Unsecured Loan sales

  • Proven team management & sales leadership skills.
  • Good communication, analytical & MS Office skills.
  • Own vehicle & willingness to travel required.
