Xolopak India Ltd is a pioneering company in manufacturing bio-degradable disposable products in India. We specialize in producing wooden cutlery and ice-cream sticks and spoons that are eco-friendly along with paper napkins & paper-based bakery disposable products. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee our sales operations across Kolkata. As an ASM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence and managing a network of distributors and dealers within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

You will play a critical role in monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring effective implementation of sales plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive sales across territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, capture and grow the assigned market within the region.
  • Drive sales growth and ensure timely collections from clients/customers.
  • Consistently work to achieve assigned targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain discipline and structure in daily reporting, client follow-ups and sales operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management.


Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, reporting tools).
  • Prior experience channel sales, distributor management or territory sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English and at least on regional language is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer-centric mindset and result-driven approach.
