Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee our operations. The ASM will play a key role in expanding our business footprint by driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team.

This position involves employing distributors, super stockists and handling a team of sales representatives and officers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the beverage industry and a strong understanding of distributor management, sales strategy, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit distributors and super stockists.
• Monitor and support the performance of distributors, ensuring timely stock replenishment and efficient operations
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and super stockists to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Officers.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.
• Collaborate with distributors and super stockists to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.

Requirements :

• At least 7 years of sales experience in general trade (4 Years in beverage industry).
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, sales strategy, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a team of sales professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
