Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets through effective distribution management, distributor handling, and general trade development. Develop and execute strategies to increase FMCG sales growth in the assigned area by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. Oversee field sales activities, including territory planning, customer visits, and product promotions to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and resolve any issues that may arise. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
