Area Sales Manager (IT)

As a Field Sales Specialist (IT) at Aqlix IT Solutions, your role will involve conducting field visits to businesses, retail shops, and offices to pitch our software solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Additionally, you will educate business owners on software benefits such as billing, inventory management, CRM, and customer engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining a strong pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and on-ground visits - Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets - Providing onboarding support and liaising with the support team for seamless implementation - Gathering market feedback to refine sales strategy and product positioning To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in field sales, software sales, or B2B sales. Strong communication and persuasive skills, especially with non-technical audiences, are essential. You should be willing to travel daily and meet 5-10 prospects regularly. Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus. A basic understanding of mobile apps, demo delivery, and customer onboarding will be beneficial.
