• To lead a team of Sales Officer / Executive across the territory
• Ensuring Sales & Distribution as per Business plan by building Sales & Development network in the assigned area. Achieve planned volumes through effective distribution for various brands/products, product availability & visibility.• Design and execute field marketing activities around the products with a view to increase adoption and depth including programs to create product awareness• Expansion of retail coverage to increase the market share.• Merchandising and visibility of companys products.• Implement and track performance of schemes for trade partners• Oversee distribution of product, to ensure availability across the region.• Formulate and establish efficient and effective” distribution infrastructure to achieve agreed levels of services and ensure implementation to meet specified channel needs.
