Hangyo Ice Creams has earned numerous awards and accolades for excellence in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Panaji. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated area, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and supporting a team of sales representatives, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. The role involves market research, building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, and working closely with the marketing team to drive promotional activities. Qualifications Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of market research and sales analytics Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the ice cream or FMCG industry is a plus Willingness to travel within the designated area as required Show more Show less
