    ASM/ FSE

    Your main goal will be to increase sales by building strong relationships with customers, finding new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a field-based job, so you’ll spend most of your time visiting clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions.

    You should be confident, target-driven, and have good communication and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and have experience in home interior or building materials, this role is a great fit for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the designated region.
    • Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
    • Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term customer relationships to support repeat and referral business.
    • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
    • Training & Development: Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through company-provided training.
    • Reporting: Maintain detailed sales records and submit regular updates to the reporting manager.

    Qualifications & Core Competencies

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and professional email communication

    Additional Requirements

    • Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and possess a valid driving license
    • Experience in B2B or channel sales will be an added advantage
