Area Sales Manager

• ASM will be responsible for developing and executing the Horace Sales strategy for our company at south India level. He will lead a team, set sales targets, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop Horeca market, increase revenue, and ensure the effective distribution of products. This role requires a deep understanding of FMCG Horace industry dynamics and a established track record of having connections with big Horeca Customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the South India HORECA/Food Services business
• To setup a separate HORECA vertical in the organization and build a sustainable structure to ensure seamless working Team Management: To build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance Responsible for developing a structured approach towards converting HORECA accounts through sampling, rate negotiation and ensuring on time in full supplies Managing both direct supplies to key HORECA accounts and managing distributors / Wholesalers for other accounts Managing key influencers in the ecosystem by developing a relationship management program
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities in HORECA/Food Services Accounts.

Professional Qualifications : -

• Any Graduate /MBA

Required Skills : -

• Seasoned Sales Professionals in HORECA Sales with 10-15 years of experience working with FMCG companies operating in Food industry and products like Spices, Nankeen, Masala, Pickles ,Biscuits, Wafers, Chocolate, Cookies, Confectionaries, Snacks etc Proven experience of 10+ years in HORECA Sales in FMCG Food Industry.
• The candidate must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a teams the past and in his current role.
• Experience in working on Sales app would be an advantage.
• The candidate should be able to use data analysis to support business planning and monitor performance.
• The candidate MUST have working experience in the States of posting in the same/similar role.

• Should know Hindi , English & Telugu
