Area Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive, your role involves maintaining and increasing sales of company's products and services, reaching the targets and goals set for your area, and establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base. You will be responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes to market and developing team members by allocating areas to your team. Key Responsibilities: - Developing sales strategies and setting targets. - Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. - Compiling and analyzing sales figures. - Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself. - Collecting customer feedback and market research. - Reporting to senior managers.
