Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager for Tractor Loan (New and Refinance business) at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited. The role is based in Burdwan. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales of tractor loans, both new and refinance business. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers and dealers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, conducting market analysis, and preparing reports on sales performance.
