Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include creating sales plans, leading sales teams, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales management and customer relationship skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools
  • 4 years Experience in the food industry is Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
