Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation to identify potential B2B clients.
  • Acquire new B2B clients and manage existing accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Manage current B2B distributors and onboard new ones to expand market presence.
  • Conduct field visits to clients and distributors to build strong relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and distributor handling.
  • Ability to conduct field visits regularly and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder and operations management skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
