Lead sales and distribution strategy across Tier II, III & IV
cities
Drive revenue growth and ensure strong brand penetration
Manage general trade and B2B sales channels
Build and maintain distributor and retail partner networks
Plan and execute retail activation & regional market strategies
Monitor field operations, reporting, and sales team performance

Expertise in rural and semi-urban market dynamics
Ability to lead teams and scale operations
