Area Sales Manager

To optimize and expand the Dealer/Distributor Network within the zone. Identify potential Markets and Dealerships/distributorships for growth.

• Relationship Building:

Foster relationships with key stakeholders, i.e., Dealers/Distributors, Customers, and Partners to strengthen the company's presence within the zone.

• Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Generate comprehensive reports on the sales performance of each area within the zone. Present these Reports to senior Management at H.O. for strategic Decision-Making.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and engagement across the entire zone. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

• Sales Forecasting:

Provide accurate and timely Sales Forecasts for the zone to guide Production, Inventory Management, and overall Business Planning.

• Innovation and Improvement:

Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in Sales Strategies, Processes, and Customer engagement Initiatives.

• Brand Representation:

Ensure consistent Brand representation and messaging across all areas within the zone.
