Area Sales Manager - Edible Oil

Role Overview:

Fishfa Agri World Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Area Sales Manager (B2B) to lead and grow sales operations in key metropolitan territories. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in dealer and distributor network management and a strong drive to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned region.
• Appoint new dealers/distributors to expand the company’s market reach.
• Drive sales processes to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct daily market visits and submit territory performance reports.
• Ensure weekly follow-ups with channel partners for order placement and sales tracking.
• Execute regional sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and competitiveness.
• Provide hands-on sales support and training to dealers/distributors as required.

• In-depth knowledge of dealer/distributor network management.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a sales region with minimal supervision.
• Strong record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
