Role Overview: Fishfa Agri World Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Area Sales Manager (B2B) to lead and grow sales operations in key metropolitan territories. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in dealer and distributor network management and a strong drive to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned region. Appoint new dealers/distributors to expand the company’s market reach. Drive sales processes to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets. Conduct daily market visits and submit territory performance reports. Ensure weekly follow-ups with channel partners for order placement and sales tracking. Execute regional sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and competitiveness. Provide hands-on sales support and training to dealers/distributors as required. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in B2B Sales & Marketing Proven capability in Dealer & Distributor Development Effective Channel & Territory Management Excellent Negotiation and Presentation Skills Relationship Building with channel partners Self-driven with a Goal-Oriented Mindset Basic proficiency in MS Office & Reporting Tools Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 years of relevant B2B or territory sales experience. In-depth knowledge of dealer/distributor network management. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage a sales region with minimal supervision. Strong record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets.
