• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Set, monitor, and ensure the achievement of sales targets by the sales team.
• Create and implement distribution channel strategies to expand market reach.
• Establish and maintain a network of fabricators to promote our products and services.
• Liaise with government authorities and builders to enhance market penetration and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to optimize performance and exceed goals.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to drive sales and ensure client retention.
Requirements:
• 3-10 years of experience in UPVC Windows and Doors Profile sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in creating distribution channel strategies and networking.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the UPVC Windows and Doors Profile industry.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
