Position: Area Sales Manager Vacancy: 1 Location: Pune (covering Maharashtra) Department: Sales & Marketing Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month Joining: Immediate Eligibility: Any Graduate with an MBA, 5–7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Gender: Male Age Criteria: 30+ years Key Responsibilities - Manage sales operations and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers across Maharashtra - Drive revenue growth and achieve state-level targets - Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks and engage sales channels - Analyse sales performance and prepare MIS reports - Provide market insights and contribute to strategy development Required Competencies - Leadership and team management skills - Strong understanding of the Maharashtra market - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Decision-making under pressure - Willingness to travel extensively across the state
