Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of technical sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective B2B sales strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, technologies, and services that meet customer requirements. Conduct site visits to monitor construction projects, identify potential issues, and offer technical support as needed. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 10-19 years of experience in area sales management or similar role within the building material industry (concrete technology preferred). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.). Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful B2B sales strategies. Strong knowledge of concrete admixtures, ready mix concrete (RMC), and concrete mixing processes.
