Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for an Area Sales Manager specializing in air compressors. The Area Sales Manager will focus on managing sales within the Nagpur region, ensuring revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and providing insights into market trends. The role will involve regular visits to client sites, coordination with the manufacturing and product teams, and meeting sales targets within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of technical aspects related to air compressors or industrial equipment
• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans
• Self-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the air compressor or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region regularly
