Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Sales Team:
Oversee and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Business Expansion:
Develop and implement strategies for business growth in the designated geography.
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Key Account Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop customized solutions to meet the needs of key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and handle any issues or concerns promptly.

Experience Requirements:

Industry Experience:
5 to 10 years in the building material industry, specifically in areas such as Tile, Granite, Sanitary ware, Ceramics, Marbles, or Bathroom fittings.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record of successful sales management and business development.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
