Position: Area Sales Manager

Channel: Banca (IDFC Bank)

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Age Limit: Up to 32.5 Years

### Roles and Responsibilities:

* Manage and drive business through IDFC Bank branch network under the Banca Channel.

* Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.

* Ensure consistent achievement of business objectives through effective sales planning and execution.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch heads, staff, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

* Train and motivate the team on product knowledge, sales process, and compliance guidelines.

* Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and support to improve productivity.

* Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies in all sales processes.

### Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 57 years of experience in Banca Channel with Health or General Insurance background.

* Proven team handling experience is a must.

* Strong relationship management, communication, and leadership skills.

* Ability to drive sales through effective collaboration with bank partners.

* Candidates with prior experience managing IDFC or similar banca partnerships will be preferred.
