Location: Delhi/Gurgaon, Jodhpur, Chandigarh/Ludhiana ,

Noida/Ghaziabad/Lucknow , Kolkata, Jammu, Panjim

Ahmedabad/Vadodara,

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and product opportunities
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track KPIs
  • Drive market share growth and product penetration

2. Key Account & Channel Management

  • Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks
  • Acquire new accounts in Hospitality/HORECA, architects, landscape designers, and project clients
  • Monitor retail sales performance through dealer network
  • Support Zonal Sales Head in conducting business reviews and dealer training
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

3. Market Development & Expansion

  • Conduct territory mapping and competitor analysis
  • Identify new business opportunities including B2B projects, real estate developers, resorts, and outdoor furniture stores
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing activities
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer preferences

4. Operational & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and visit plans
  • Ensure smooth order processing, collections, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up
  • Manage territory-level budgets and ensure policy compliance

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain, production, dispatch, and installation teams
  • Ensure timely execution of project-based orders

6. Brand Representation

  • Represent company brand values with professionalism
  • Monitor showroom displays and brand compliance
  • Conduct territory audits to ensure stock availability, quality checks, and updated marketing materials

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate with MBA (Preferred)
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in Area Sales / B2B Sales / Channel Sales
  • Experience in Furniture, Home Dcor, Building Materials, or Premium Consumer Goods
  • Hospitality / HORECA sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
