Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Qualifications/Experience required:

• Eligibility: Male Graduate with 3+ years of experience in FMCG/Retail/Bakery Marketing
• 2 Wheeler License Mandatory with own vehicle.
• Location: Kottayam

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate new ideas (Packing, poster, design work etc.)
• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Plan and manage a strong ecommerce strategy for each stage of a customer’s digital journey so as to improve share of Digital in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversations and advocacy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
• Manage all activities related to Marketing - both using online and offline media.
• Visit all the branches & give weekly update to the Management.
• Organize and coordinate PR activities
• Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize company exposure
