With a rapidly expanding market footprint, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our sales team and distribution network. The Candidate would be required to drive sales and distribution for the company products and manage his allocated territory and the customer. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers & Field Representatives Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territory Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and stockists Monitor sales targets, route planning, and beat optimization Implement promotions, schemes, and visibility campaigns Analyze market trends, competitor activity & provide insights Report regional performance regularly to senior management Stockiest appointment for FMCG JOB SUMMARY (JOB DESCRIPTION) 3–6 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (preferred in food, snacks, beverages, or hygiene) Experience in managing sales teams and multiple territories Strong distributor/retailer network and local market knowledge Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Proficiency in sales tracking/reporting tools (Excel/CRM) Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone Negotiate with his RS and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business. KEY REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS) Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel Sales.
