Job Summary:

The ASM/TSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities across the West states. The role demands strong leadership, technical sales understanding, and a proactive approach to expand Giantlok’s market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across South India.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, electrical, OEM, and infrastructure sectors.
• Create and Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key corporate accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to promote new products and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure collection targets and credit control within the assigned region.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in Engineering / Science / Business Administration. MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales, preferably in electrical, cable management, or related industries.
• Strong network and understanding of the West Indian industrial and distribution markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra
• You must have Laptop and Bike.
