Job Description

As an experienced candidate for the role, your primary responsibility will be to focus on Dealer Network Expansion & Market Penetration by: - Building and scaling a high-quality dealer ecosystem, aiming to onboard a minimum of 200 dealers per month. - Reactivating legacy networks and strengthening regional presence through targeted outreach. - Establishing PGAK as the preferred AI security partner across distributors, system integrators, and CCTV retailers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for AI SAAS Sales, Revenue Growth & Adoption by: - Driving subscription sales for PGAK SmartVision, including multi-camera and multi-location bundles. - Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue targets through focused dealer engagement. - Ensuring strong renewal cycles, maintaining an 85%+ subscription retention rate. Your role will also involve Dealer Training, Enablement & Automation, where you will: - Create repeatable, scalable training modules for AI alerts, installation protocols, edge device configuration, and app onboarding. - Conduct four dealer training sessions/webinars every month to drive adoption readiness. - Implement structured onboarding journeys to accelerate dealer productivity. Additionally, you will focus on Process Excellence & SOP Development by: - Building and deploying SOPs for dealer onboarding, installation workflows, AMC, support, and escalation prevention. - Focusing on the top 20% high-impact dealers to drive disproportionate revenue contribution. - Reducing escalations to below 5% through proactive governance. You will take ownership of Territory and Competitor Intelligence by: - Developing deep local intelligence to map opportunities, competitor activities, and white spaces. - Strengthening partnerships across distributors, SIs, and retailers to anchor market dominance. - Driving dealer success, engagement, and long-term retention. Your role will involve Cross-Functional Collaboration by: - Partnering with Product teams to relay field insights for continuous product innovation. - Coordinating with Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution. - Working closely with Marketing to execute region-specific growth campaigns. Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum experience in appointing 500+ CCTV dealers and managing a network of 5,000+ dealers across India. - Strong technical understanding of CCTV cameras, integration workflows, and installation standards. - Proven capability in selling advanced AI + SAAS security solutions. - Demonstrated experience in creating training modules, SOPs, and scalable dealer processes. - High-impact communication and presentation skills. - Go-getter mindset with strong learning agility, emotional maturity, and long-term vision. - Ability to collaborate across sales, product, support, and marketing teams to accelerate outcomes.,
