Description
As a Key Account Manager at Radici Plastics India Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in leading and ensuring continuous sales growth in the domestic market of the northern region. Your primary responsibility involves implementing customer-centric strategies, market penetration, and developing relationships with core segments such as Auto, E&E OEMs. You will report to the Area Sales Manager in North India. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and implement customer-centric strategies to achieve budgeted sales - Market penetration and development by offering new products at competitive prices - Maintain healthy relationships with OEMs and finalize budget figures - Motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals - Ensure customer satisfaction by imparting knowledge on new products, guiding for process improvements, and handling complaints promptly - Review and manage receivables at the planned level - Ensure policy compliance from distributors including timely reports and statutory compliances - Work with the Marketing Team to increase market share by exploring new customers and developing strategies - Manage competition by monitoring movements and taking timely actions Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: BE or Any PG with specialization in Polymer (preferred) - Experience: 5-7 years of working experience in a similar industry (Polymer) - Required Competencies: IATF Awareness, Analytical Skills, Teamwork, Achievement Orientation, Basic SAP knowledge, Commercial Knowledge, Effective Communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Customer Focus Radici Plastics India Pvt.
