Designation : ASE Area Sales Executive You have to create and develop a robust distribution network in your assign territory to increase the sales volume by reaching the roots of the market. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid sales pitch to existing and prospective retailers/customers. The job will also involve visiting retail and general trade stores/key accounts around the assigned area/city/town with your subordinates or by your own. You are responsible for all the Primary and secondary targets achievement of all Distributors and team members assigned to you. You are responsible for Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life, Channel Management, Cost Management, bench marking the previous year sales & Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan. You are responsible for Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants. Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills. Candidate has to report his/her immediate superior manager or ASM/Sr. ASM/ RSM daily.
