Area Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and proactive Area Sales Executive to lead growth in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will excel in forging client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales—whether they come with prior solar industry experience or not.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and MSME segments.
• Conduct site assessments and advise clients on solar feasibility, potential benefits, and savings.
• Present tailored proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, installation, support) to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, performance forecasts, and market insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant solar incentives.

Qualifications & Skills Must-Have:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Fluency in Malayalam

Nice-to-Have Bonus (Solar Experience +):

• Prior sales exposure, especially in solar/renewable energy (preferred but not mandatory).
• Passion for sustainability and renewable technologies.
