Area Sales Executive

Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE)

About The Company

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Manage and grow the distributor and retail network in the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Visit markets regularly to understand customer needs and monitor competitors.
• Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and availability at all outlets.
• Conduct product training for retailers and distributors.
• Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and sales team members.
• Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely payment collections.
• Work with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
  

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic / Personal Care field sales.
• Strong understanding of retail distribution and dealer management.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and field-based role.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience in launching new products will be an added advantage.
