• Work closely with a team of sales executives and apply leadership.
• Play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
• Analyze sales data and contribute valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision making.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for profitable growth.Functional Expertise
• Accountable for visibility through extensive QR and soundbox deployment, as well as the sale of our products- Loans, Swipe Machines.
• Planning the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE) and Team Leaders (TL).
• Monitoring the quality parameters as suggested by management, validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team, and ensuring that team members are in the market where sales and usage are done regularly.
• Identifying and recruiting a sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Capability, and HR to align resources, marketing collateral, and manpower. Coordinate with these teams to ensure the availability of appropriate support, adequate headcount, and smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Identify and recruit top-performing sales professionals who are aligned with the market's needs and the company's values. Build a strong and motivated sales team to drive business growth in the market.
• Cultivate a strong professional network by actively engaging with industry peers, stakeholders, and key influencers. Be prepared to travel extensively throughout the assigned area to meet clients, understand local market dynamics, and build relationships that support business expansion.
• Growing our distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. • Devise the best methods for communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap.
