Job Description

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for managing sales activities within a designated geographic area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, expanding market presence, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in the assigned area.

Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

Monitor and report competitor activities and market conditions to recommend strategic actions.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., interior goods, FMCG, consumer goods].

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
