Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Distributor Management

Manage distributor performance and handle distributor claims efficiently.
Shortlist and recommend distributors for partnership.
Address and resolve complaints promptly to maintain good distributor relationships.

Driving Sales

Measure potential of the assigned territory.
List all outlets using TSI and PSRs for accurate coverage.
Classify outlets based on potential into categories A, B, and C.
Develop route maps for optimum coverage and field efficiency.
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets consistently.
Ensure product availability and visibility at all points of sale.
Implement promotional schemes to boost sales.
Oversee merchandising activities to enhance brand presence.

Workforce Management

Monitor productivity of Sales Representatives (SR) and District Sales Managers (DSM).
Identify suitable candidates for Sales Representative roles.
Conduct induction and training programs for SRs and DSMs to build a capable sales force.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Mandatory experience in FMCG sector.
MBA qualification preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and MS Excel.
