Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 11 years of experience to join our team as an Area Receivable Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivables process for efficient and timely recovery of outstanding amounts. Develop and implement strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the receivables process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
