We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join our team as an Area Property Manager.

Role Overview:

As an Area Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of properties within your designated area. This role involves working directly in the field, engaging with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure a smooth property lifecycle—from onboarding to tenant move-in and move-out, as well as ongoing property maintenance and rental collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Onboarding:

• Engage with property owners to onboard properties onto the NestAway platform, ensuring all necessary documentation and property details are accurately recorded.

• Tenant Engagement:

• Showcase properties to potential tenants, providing a thorough understanding of the property and the benefits of living in a Nest Away-managed home. Assist tenants through the booking process and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

• Move-Out Inspections:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties when tenants move out, ensuring that the property is left in good condition and documenting any necessary repairs or maintenance.

• Rental Collections:

• Manage and ensure timely collection of rent from tenants, maintaining a consistent cash flow for property owners.

• Service Coordination:

• Collaborate with the services team to arrange necessary property maintenance services such as painting, cleaning, and repairs. Ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards.

• Owner Relations:

• Coordinate with the central relationship management team to assist property owners with any queries or concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for owners within your area.

• Performance-Driven Role:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market trends.
• Ability to work a 6-day work week and manage on-field responsibilities effectively.
