Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Operations Manager to lead and expand our presence across Cloud Kitchens and Dark Stores in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, sales operations, and channel management within the food-tech or F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

●

Identify and onboard new cloud kitchens and food delivery channels (e.g.,Zomato, Swiggy & others aggregators etc.)

●

Drive business growth by establishing partnerships and increasing sales from existing outlets

●

Manage daily operations, report making and performance of multiple food outlets, Dark stores & cloud kitchens

●

Monitor and optimize sales targets across different platforms and zones

●

Develop strategic plans to enter new geographies or expand product range

●

Lead a team of field executives and ensure execution of brand strategies

●

Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution

●

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with food-tech and Q-commerce trends

Key Skills & Requirements-

●

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Cloud Kitchen, Q-Commerce, F&B, or Retail

●

Proven experience in managing multiple outlets, Dark Kitchens, or Quick Commerce platforms

●

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

●

Understanding of food delivery platforms and aggregator partnerships

●

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

●

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
