Area Manager - Loan Against Property (through DSA) Job Summary: The Area Manager for Loan Against Property is vital to our organization, overseeing and driving sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). This role contributes significantly to our growth by expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction across the loan portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our DSA network. Identify and onboard new DSAs, ensuring they are well-trained on product offerings and company policies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSAs, providing coaching and support to maximize productivity. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience in loan processing. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and DSA engagement to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout all DSA activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the financial services industry. Proven track record of managing third-party sales or DSA relationships effectively. Strong understanding of loan products, particularly Loan Against Property. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
