 Area Manager - SME MICRO BLSE 
 Job Purpose 
Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within a geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  • Achieving exceeding business goals.
  • Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  • Meeting with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL.
  • Negotiating with builders to secure business in a cost-effective manner.
  • Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, etc., and providing feedback suggestions to the RSM.
  • Ensuring implementation of promotional plans contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plans for the area.
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation engagement to drive results high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring timely and effective completion of Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip level meetings.
  • Engaging Operations Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes profitability across locations.
  • Managing collections of the acquired portfolio (Sales Collect Model).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
     Qualifications 
  • Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3-5 years (graduates with 8-10 years of experience may also apply).

  •  Work Experience 
  • Post Graduates with 3-4 years of relevant sales experience (graduates with 5-6 years of experience may also apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience.
  • Prior and relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against / purchase of commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated success achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • High motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
